AXSF-600 Garlic Seed Splitter and Sizer is suitable for Small Garlic farm less than 5 acres. It can split the garlic heads open and size the garlic seeds for better planting, which has big impact for planting good and healthy garlics.
The AXSF-600 Garlic Splitter and Sorter uses the gap between the upper and lower silicone plates, and centrifugal force to squeeze and rub the entire garlic head into cloves.
Then The garlic stems and garlic heads are blown away from the machine from one side , by the built-in fan and can be recycled. Finally, The separated garlic cloves roll out to the clove sorting machine. which will rotate and sort them with 3 sizes.
We grade garlic cloves to grow big Garlic bulb, and increase yield.
Small cloves will produce smaller bulbs than larger cloves and can, depending on the variety, be discarded. The biggest and fattest cloves around the outside of your garlic bulb will typically produce the best plants, and many people choose to eat smaller inner cloves but these can be planted too. Grading assists mechanical planting, separates smaller cloves and allows the largest to be planted first.
