The Garlic Root and Stem Trimmer machine is especially faster when you’re doing 35k Garlics. We find when you have 15 different employees by hand isn’t always the most efficient. A machine that requires a pace to be maintained is better for everyone. not that this machine neccesarily fulfills that goal. but having workers destroy their wrists and pruners doesnt help anyone either. With new sharp blades you can cut faster than by hand, as this was some dried out stuff that doesnt cut well. We cut almost all 35k in 1-2 days with 2 people. the right equipment will work great for us , save our hand and labour much. I can tell you this is faster and easier than any hand method.
The Garlic root and leaf cutter can work for both dry and fresh garlics. cutting root and stem effectively to save time. It can cut hardneck and softneck garlics conveiently.
